Refund Policy

Bomani Digital offers a 30-day money-back guaranteeon all purchases made through the I Was Here website — including record payments, sponsorships, and contributions to the shared fund.

Requesting a refund

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact us at support@iwashereonearth.com and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. After a refund is issued for a paid record, the corresponding published record may be removed from the monument.
